Meet Hannah BetH:
Hannah Beth Rivera is a lifelong Kentuckian, attorney, wife, and mother with more than fifteen years of experience in higher education policy, government relations, and public service. A proud Republican, Hannah Beth has dedicated her career to strengthening Kentucky’s communities through common-sense leadership, accountability, and a deep respect for faith, family, and hard work.
As Chief of Staff and Vice President for External Affairs at the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS), Hannah Beth served on the President’s executive cabinet overseeing 16 colleges, 4,000 employees, and more than 100,000 students statewide. She worked closely with lawmakers, college presidents, and business leaders to expand career training, improve efficiency, and ensure taxpayer dollars were used wisely. She also guided legislative strategy, managed board relations, and built partnerships that strengthened Kentucky’s workforce and local economies.
Previously, Hannah Beth served as Manager of Government Affairs for KCTCS, where she built coalitions of business and education leaders to advocate for policies that expanded technical education and job training. Her ability to navigate complex legislative issues with integrity and transparency earned the trust of officials across party lines.
Most recently, Hannah Beth served as Policy Advisor for the Bluegrass Land Conservancy, helping implement key conservation initiatives supporting Kentucky’s farmers and landowners. She is also the publisher of Macaroni KID Lexington, a local digital publication that connects thousands of families with community events and small businesses.
A graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law and the University of Louisville, Hannah Beth believes in the power of education to open doors and change lives. She is running for office to bring principled, conservative leadership to public service, ensuring government remains efficient, transparent, and supportive of families and small businesses.
Guided by her faith, family, and commitment to service, Hannah Beth is a devoted wife, mother, and public servant who represents the next generation of conservative leadership — practical, principled, and deeply committed to Kentucky’s future.

Hannah Beth is committed to easing the financial burden on families by addressing rising costs in housing, healthcare, and everyday necessities. Everyone deserves to live comfortably without constant financial stress.

Hannah Beth believes every family should feel secure in their neighborhood. She will prioritize smart investments in law enforcement, community programs, and public safety infrastructure to keep our streets safe.
Lowering Taxes
Hannah Beth supports sensible tax policies that give families and small businesses more of their hard-earned money. She will advocate for relief where it matters most without cutting essential services.
Increasing Government Transparency
Hannah Beth believes government should serve the people, not hide from them. She will work to ensure that decisions are open, accessible, and accountable, giving the people of district 93 a real voice in Frankfort.
Supporting Local Businesses
Small businesses are the heartbeat of our communities. Hannah Beth will champion policies that help local businesses thrive, from reducing bureaucratic hurdles to encouraging community-based economic growth.
Bettering Education
Hannah Beth is dedicated to quality education for every child. She will advocate for better resources, safer schools, and programs that prepare students for success in college, careers, and life. As a graduate of both UofL undergrad and UK law she is a product of our great KY schools.

Hannah Beth believes we make the greatest progress when we treat one another with respect, even when we disagree. In Frankfort, she will champion a culture of cooperation, honest dialogue, and accountability that leads to real solutions. It’s time to elevate the tone, rebuild confidence, and bring common-sense civility back to public service.
